Advertising platforms
Where we manage campaigns for you, we work within your own advertising and social media accounts. Data collected by those platforms is governed by the platforms' own privacy policies and your agreements with them.
Sharing
We never sell your information. We share it only with suppliers who help us deliver your work — for example printers or merchandise suppliers — and with providers who help run our business, such as email and accounting services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client and financial records are kept for six years to meet UK legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@stonebridgeenterprise.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
